Come relax after a long day with our mindful painting class. In this special class focusing on simple relaxations techniques and skills to bring into your everyday life on the go. You will also leave with a beautiful and colorful 11"x17" painting in this guided class.
We will foucus on 3 main techniques.
- Deep Breathing through the Pranyama. This helps mental clarity, and promotes a balanced blood pressure
- Simple Streaching to promote blood flow and improve posture.
- Basic Pressure Points to promote connectivity in the body.
.- We will also go over tips to promote restfull sleep.
